OUR SERVICES INCLUDE

AIRLINE TICKETING

Ticketing reservation, domestically and Internationally.
IATA affiliated, meaning that we have online system (ABACUS) for domestic and International sectors. This online system will enable client to check seat availability and alternatives to make their trip more convenient, and issue tickets accordingly.

INBOUND

Handling inbound Individual travelers and groups travelers domestically and Internationally. We ensure our clients are in good hands when they arrive in Bali until they return back to their homes.
Currently we are the Bali Inbound operator for Thomas Cook Northern Europe

MICE

Handling MICE events. We cater from small, medium up to large size of Meetings, Incentives, Conference and Exhibitions local and International events. With our strong and close relationship with our co-partners, such as: Hotels, Restaurants, tourist object venues, airport key officers, enable us to provide a competitive price and access.

TOURS

Despite the existing tour programs we currently, we provide tailor made tours to meet our clients demand and estimated budget, never the less we maintain a close communication and consultation to ensure comfort and pleasant memorable stay and experience with our service.

TRANSPORTATION

Our transportation fleet comprises of small vehicles to a stretched ones, starting from:

5 seater coach (mini Van) up to 40 seater bus.
This makes it more easy for us to quote and provide alternative ways to suite customer’s need.

HISTORY/PAST EVENTS HANDLED BY PALMMAS HOLIDAYS

Handling chartered flights from Sweden by Scandinavian Leisure Group (now known as Thomas Cook Northern Europe), since 1998 – 2002 (stopped after Bali Bombing) and continued by flying regular flight until today. Average over 300 pax arrival per flight/biweekly and over 10 hotels used.
